Baxtre is the result of the joint efforts of Verschure Automatisering BV and Florin Financial Management Partners. Verschure has a long and excellent track record in specialised financial software. With regard to treasury management, this dates back to 1983 when they were one of the first to provide the corporate market with a treasury management system (Trepcos). Florin Partners, established in 1984, has an equally long and excellent track record in the area of corporate finance, treasury operations, treasury control & accounting and treasury related legal and tax affairs, providing consultancy, project- and interim management, system solutions and a broad range of related services to a large number of mainly corporate clients. Verschure and Florin Partners joined forces in 1992 with the creation of Baxtre. Their succesful cooperation has resulted in a unique product with a large and ever growing customer base, as well as in an excellent Baxtre support organisation having many satisfied users.
