The Baxtre Helpdesk focusses on providing technical support. Here users can communicate directly with the professionals, avoiding the annoying delays of call-centre set-ups. All services, with the exception of application maintenance service, on-site support and new installations, are free, as they are included in the maintenance fee.

Support Services

The Helpdesk provides technical support to solve problems in or with current systems as well as technical installation support for new installations, new system versions, updates, etc. In the case of a technical problem with Baxtre the following support services are available:

  • e-mail and telephone support
  • remote access support
  • on-site support

For technical installation support the following services are available:

  • e-mail and telephone support
  • (Baxtre) website support
  • remote access support
  • on-site support

If the technical infrastructure allows for a secure remote access connection, the Baxtre helpdesk can provide application maintenance service. This service consists of keeping the Baxtre modules and system supplements in use up-to-date completely by the helpdesk.
